Stephen: I am grateful for soft things. Beds, cushions, pillows, soft clothes, stuffed toys. Why not make life as comfortable as possible.
Sian: I am grateful for tears. Now that may sound sad but crying is such a great emotional release. I wasn't always much of a crier but I used to bottle up my emotions and I would explode, but I've learned that expressing my emotions and even crying is so much better for me.
